What the enquiry form collects
We collect your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, preferred discipline and format, experience level, optional group size, and your message. Please avoid including medical records, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive personal information in the form.
How your information is used
Your details are sent to the team handling Xecutive Training enquiries so we can respond, discuss availability and take steps you request before a possible booking. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. If a workshop needs additional participant information, we will explain this separately.
Who receives the information
Enquiries are delivered through our hosting and email services to our designated enquiry mailbox, which is hosted by Google. Relevant details may be shared with Giorgoudes Fight Club or a workshop organiser where needed to address your specific training request. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Storage and security
Enquiry messages are handled in our email systems for as long as needed to manage your request and any resulting arrangements. You can contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. The website does not maintain a booking database. Hosting and email providers may retain their own operational logs.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses an essential session cookie to protect the enquiry form and display submission feedback. An anti-abuse record based on a hashed network address is used to limit repeated submissions. Old records are removed during later form activity; removal does not occur on a fixed schedule. The site does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and training images are served directly from this website.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have supplied, and raise any concerns about its use, using the contact details above. Where applicable, you can also ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, request a portable copy of your data, or withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
